Do you accept insurance?
We are currently in-network with Pacific Source, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, and Aetna. We also offer cash services that are eligible for our Time-of-Service discount. We may also provide for you a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if we are not in network with your insurance company.
What should I wear?
Patients should wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Typically, athletic wear such as shorts, leggings, or loose-fitting pants paired with a comfortable top is ideal. This type of clothing facilitates effective analysis with our 3D motion software, our soft tissue work, spinal manipulation, and rehabilitative exercises.
Can I schedule online?
Patients can schedule appointments online through our convenient online scheduling portal by clicking the “book now” button. You can always give our office a call to schedule as well!
How much does it cost without insurance?
We offer Time-of-Service discounts for cash paying patients. This is a 15% discount from our customary rates. The cost of each visit may vary depending on the services performed. Please feel free to give us a call to discuss our pricing further!
Is there a cancellation policy?
At Twin Peaks Performance, we require a minimum of 2 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy allows us to offer timely care to other patients and maintain an efficient schedule. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice or missed appointments will be subject to a fee equal to the cost of the appointment. This fee may be applied to future appointments if rescheduled in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the highest quality of care to all our patients.
